I recently discovered a little gem of a restaurant that really takes you on a culinary journey to Colombia! The overall atmosphere is warm and inviting, with colorful decor that makes you feel like you're dining in a cozy Colombian home. I had the pleasure of trying the bandeja paisa, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Each component was cooked to perfection, and the flavors just burst in your mouth. The chicharrón was incredibly crispy and the beans had a depth of flavor that I still think about days later. The portion sizes are quite generous, which is perfect for anyone who loves to eat. The service was friendly but could use a little more efficiency, as my meal took a bit longer to arrive than expected. I visited this Colombian restaurant last weekend, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with bright colors and a warm ambiance that set the mood for a great meal. I ordered the ajiaco soup, and it was comforting and rich, just like my grandmother used to make. The only downside was that it could've used a little more salt, but that’s just my personal taste. I also tried the tres leches cake for dessert, and it was heavenly! Light, moist, and not overly sweet, it was the perfect ending to my meal. The service was friendly, but there were moments when it felt a bit slow despite the restaurant not being too crowded. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to bring my friends along next time. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area!
